How to use the schul.cloud® pro calendar module

You have received activation of the schul.cloud® additional module "Calendar"? This article and the following video will show you how to create and manage appointments.

The schul.cloud® calendar module will be displayed when the module is activated for your organization. You can access the calendar via the calendar icon in the sidebar.

There are three different calendar views available: day, month and year. You can easily change the view (on Android via the three dots on the top right). You can also set the time that you want to look at individually.

There are three different appointment types available:

  • Private Dates | green: Here you will find your private dates. With the "green square" you can show or hide them in your calendar.
  • Channel | blue: Your channels are displayed whose appointments you can switch on or off individually. Tap on the "blue square" in front of the respective channel.
  • Public | red: All organizational appointments are displayed here. To do this, tap on the "red square" in front of the respective organization.

Users who have been invited to your appointment will automatically receive an appointment invitation in their notification center ("bell icon" in the sidebar) and have the option of canceling or canceling the appointment.

Appointment creation and management: For all available clients (Web, Desktop, Android, iOS) you will find detailed descriptions of the functions in the free manuals provided.
